This educational activity is intended for an international audience of non-US healthcare professionals, specifically anesthesiologists, emergency medicine physicians, and hematologists/oncologists involved in the treatment of patients on anticoagulation therapy in need of urgent surgical or invasive procedures.
The goal of this activity is to improve physician understanding of the standard options for anticoagulation reversal and of the properties of newer reversal agents that may address some of the shortcomings of the standard options.
